By printing the rebate form found HERE you will receive a $20 rebate when you purchase $50 worth of Olay products. These can be moisturizers, facial treatments, or cleansers. Not all items need to be purchased at the same time, but they must be purchased before 9/2 and your submission postmarked before 9/16. Original receipts must be sent in.
Make sure you print this off now since many times the rebate forms get pulled early!
