1. Lay the strawberries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
2. Freeze your strawberries until they are solid.
3. Mark your freezer bags with the current date and add your frozen strawberries. Strawberries may be stored frozen for up to a year.
(You may want to add an expiration date instead to remind you that "times up")
4. To defrost your strawberries, place them in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to thaw out. Enjoy!
