Updated Target Coupon Policy

Make sure you update your coupon binder with an updated copy of the Target Coupon Policy found HERE. I can't stress enough how important it not only become familiar with the store's coupon policy, but to carry it with you to help in case the cashier is not familiar with it (which happens very often!)
